Nothing is installed by the on-prem MSI license file
If you run into a problem installing the MSI license file for ForNAV on-premises, where nothing is installed when you run the MSI, then you may need to unblock the MSI.
Windows can place a block on a downloaded file with executable content. This can also happen when you download an MSI file. You can unblock the MSI from the file properties page.
