ForNAV has a feature that lets you use custom fonts when designing a report. "custom font" refers to any font not part of a standard Windows installation. It can be a font you get from your design agency or a font you download and install from the Internet.
When you use a custom font in the ForNAV designer, it will package the font with the report layout when you save the layout. This helps us generate the report with the correct fonts when you run the report in a cloud environment or on a machine where the font is not installed.
Unlike the designer, the converter does not save the font with the layout. If you ran the converter to upgrade a batch of reports from an older version of NAV or BC, then the custom fonts are not included. Your reports can be fixed by opening and saving them from the designer.
